Who May Use Cubby Mom
Cubby Mom is designed for adults who want to find local mom friends and small support circles. Children may not create Cubby Mom accounts.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through your account. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or access to your account.
Your Content
You are responsible for the profile details, photos, messages, and other content you add to Cubby Mom. Please only share content you have the right to use and avoid sharing sensitive information you would not want other users to see.
Community Expectations
- Be kind, respectful, and honest.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or exploit other users.
- Do not post or send illegal, hateful, sexual, abusive, or unsafe content.
- Respect privacy and personal boundaries.
Safety Tools
Cubby Mom includes reporting, blocking, and account deletion request flows. We may review reports, remove content, limit access, or take other action when needed to protect users and the community.
Meeting Other Users
Cubby Mom can help introduce nearby moms, but we cannot guarantee user behavior or offline safety. Use judgment when sharing information, moving conversations off the app, or meeting in person.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it to provide profiles, matching, chat, safety, notifications, and support.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app or through our account deletion page. Some limited records may be retained when needed for safety, legal, fraud prevention, or dispute purposes.
Service Changes
Cubby Mom may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date at the top of this page when we do.
No Warranty
Cubby Mom is provided as-is. We work to make the app useful and safe, but we do not promise that every match, message, feature, or service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
