You can request deletion of your Cubby Mom account and associated profile data at any time.

Delete From The App

In Cubby Mom, go to Profile settings and choose the account deletion option. This creates a backend deletion request for our team to process.

Delete By Email

You can also email support@cubbymom.com from the email address connected to your Cubby Mom account.

Please include:

• Your Cubby Mom account email.
• The phrase “Delete my Cubby Mom account.”
• Any optional context you want us to know.

What May Be Deleted

Deletion may include:

• Your profile details.
• Photos uploaded through Cubby Mom.
• Child-related profile details you added.
• Interests, values, mom circle goals, and AI vibe data.
• Discovery actions, notification preferences, and push device records.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information if needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to protect other users. For example, reports and moderation records may need to remain in limited form.
